Setup and terms
- 12-month plan: setup is free. The 12-month term's early-exit and renewal terms are in the order you accept at sign-up.
- Month to month: setup is $299 on every package, charged when you sign up, because your number and texting registration are bought during setup. It isn't refundable once the registration is submitted. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Your monthly subscription starts 7 days after we approve your receptionist, or at its first real call, whichever comes first.
- If it doesn't work for you, tell us within 30 days and we refund your first month's subscription.
- Your price: Existing clients keep their price while they keep their plan. Price changes need 30 days' notice. A client's prices don't change because Telnyx's do. Founding customers keep their launch price for their first 12 months.
If you use all your minutes
- Calls are still answered.
- Extra minutes are 30¢ each on every package, added to your next invoice. No packs to buy.
- Extra texts are 4¢ each, the same way, once texting is on.
- Usage emails at 80% and 100% of your minutes, and a monthly spending cap you set (past it, calls go to your own phone or voicemail) (coming soon with our billing tools).

CoverDial Essentials is $299 a month and answers day and night. It isn't a person, and it doesn't do what a person in your office does. It covers the calls nobody can get to.
Pricing questions
What counts as a minute?
The time our AI is on your calls, counted by the second and totalled once a month (not rounded up per call). Spam calls we end, and time after a call is put through to you, don't count.
Is there a free trial?
No, but you hear your own receptionist and ask for changes before it goes live.
Do you charge extra for paying by card?
No. One price, whether you pay by card or bank.
Will my price go up?
No, not while you keep your plan. Existing clients keep their price while they keep their plan. Price changes need 30 days' notice. A client's prices don't change because Telnyx's do. Founding customers keep their launch price for their first 12 months.
